  • ASHLEY SEIBEL

    COMPETITIVE JAZZ + CONTEMPORARY

    Ashley began her dance journey at the age of five under the mentorship of Jackie Peterson, where she trained in tap and jazz. She embarked on her teaching career in 2003, focusing on studio dance teams and high school cheer programs. In 2010, Ashley stepped into the role of head coach at Hermiston High School, leading the team to remarkable success, earning her a 5A Dance and Drill Coach of the Year award. In 2019, HHS joined the WIAA, and she and her team clinched a state championship win. After a short hiatus to work as a consultant, Ashley returned in 2021 as an assistant coach with HHS Dance, helping to guide the team to six more state titles. Two of her contemporary routines, "Praying" in 2022 and "Lost in the Moment" in 2024, were state grand champions. This fall, Ashley will bring her experience and passion to Industry Dance Company, where she will teach competitive contemporary and jazz, and technique classes. Her impressive background and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our teaching team.

  • Kristina Brown

    BALLET + CREATIVE MOVEMENT

    Kristina began her dance journey at the age of three, diving into ballet and jazz at Royal Academy of Dance, where she completed her yearly exams with dedication and passion. By the time she was 11, she had taken on the challenge of pointe, performing with the Mid Columbia Ballet. Her commitment to dance led her to begin assisting classes at 13, and by 18, she was sharing her expertise as a teacher. As a member of the Richland High School dance team, she honed her skills further, complementing her experience with summer workshops at Cornish College of the Arts and specialized training with Rhee Gold teaching workshops in Arizona. This fall, Kristina is excited to join Industry Dance Company, where she will inspire and educate students in creative dance, ballet, and pointe. Her rich background and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable addition to our team.

  • Susan Stephens

    ADVANCED BALLET TECHNIQUE

    Susan's dance journey began at the tender age of three at Salem Dance Academy under the guidance of Widad Farran. Throughout high school, she graced the stage in numerous ballets, earning the prestigious role of Principal dancer in productions such as Giselle, Snow White, Midsummer Night's Dream, and Alice in Wonderland. She continued her passion for dance at the University of Oregon, majoring in dance. Since starting her teaching career in 2003, Susan has been an assistant coach for Pendleton High School and Hermiston High School, before becoming the head coach of the Hermiston High Dance Team in 2019. Under her leadership, the team achieved remarkable success, securing six state titles at the WIAA state championships in 2022, 2023, and 2024. This fall, Susan will bring her wealth of experience and dedication to Industry Dance Company, where she will be teaching advanced ballet masterclasses. Her expertise and commitment to excellence make her an inspiring mentor for aspiring dancers.

  • Madi Stackhouse

    TUMBLING + HIP HOP + JAZZ

    Madi began her dance journey at the young age of three, diving into ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary dance. She has been extensively trained under the guidance of Industry Dance Company Director, Ashley Seibel. Throughout her dance career, Madi has not only honed her own skills but also contributed as a studio assistant and choreographer, teaching solo routines to students. During her high school years, she served as captain of the Hermiston High School Dance Team for two years, helping to lead them to six state titles. This fall, Madi will bring her expertise and passion to Industry Dance Company, where she will teach hip-hop, tumbling, and jazz for our recreational students. Her rich background in dance and commitment to excellence make her an inspiring mentor for her students.

  • Courtnee West

    INTRO TO TAP + TAP I, II, III

    Courtnee began her dance journey at the tender age of three. By five, she was tapping under the guidance of Dance Unlimited founder Jackie Peterson. She has participated in competitive groups, solos, duos, and trios, honing her skills and showcasing her talent. Courtnee's jazz and hip-hop training were under the direction of Industry Dance Company Director Ashley Seibel. During high school, she was a dedicated member of the Hermiston High School Dance Team. Her love for working with kids shines through her roles as a high school volleyball coach, tap class assistant, and second-grade teacher. This fall, Courtnee will bring her extensive dance background and passion for teaching to Industry Dance Company, where she will inspire and guide the next generation of dancers.

  • Hayley Seibel

    TUMBLING + JAZZ + SHINE

    Hayley began her dance journey at just four years old, starting with ballet and then expanding into tap, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. She actively participated in competitive groups and solos, showcasing her dedication and talent under the tutelage of Industry Dance Company Director, Ashley Seibel. During her freshman to junior years, she was a member of the Hermiston High School Dance Team and also assisted at her dance studio. In her senior year, she joined the Pendleton High School Dance Team, further enhancing her skills and experience. After graduation, Hayley taught tumbling and combo ballet/tap/jazz classes at Motions Studio in Idaho. This fall, she will be joining Industry Dance Company, teaching tumbling, jazz, hip-hop, and our shine classes for recreational students. With her extensive background and passion for dance, Hayley is excited to inspire and guide her students to reach their fullest potential.

  • Tomara Maddox, cpt

    STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

    Tomara's fitness journey began in 2010, and she found her true passion for strength training in 2015. Her dedication led her to earn her personal training certification through ACE in June 2023. Inspired by witnessing a family member's battle with metabolic disease, Tomara understands the crucial importance of maintaining a healthy and strong body. She thrives in the positive environment that fitness fosters and values the relationships she builds through this journey. This fall, Tomara will bring her expertise to Industry Dance Company, where she will teach dancer strength and conditioning. She will integrate her personal training methods with the Godfrey method, providing a comprehensive approach to dancer fitness. Tomara's commitment to health and well-being makes her an invaluable addition to our team.

  • SOFI HODGES, CPT

    STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

    Sofi’s fitness journey began in 2013 while her husband was deployed. Exercise became a grounding force that quickly turned into a passion for strength training. In 2014-2015, she competed in both bikini and figure bodybuilding shows, which solidified her commitment to this path. By 2016, Sofi earned personal training and exercise therapy certifications with ISSA, enabling her to help others transform their fitness goals into lasting lifestyle changes. Since then, Sofi has thrived on guiding clients, transitioning from company work to building her own personal training business. At Industry, Sofi specializes in dancer strength and conditioning, utilizing her own skills alongside the innovative Godfrey Method. This pioneering approach emphasizes injury prevention, career longevity, and the development of strong, versatile dancers. Sofi is dedicated to helping dancers unlock their potential and make fitness an integral part of their lives.

  • KENDRA COLVIN

    STRENGTH + CONDITRIONING

    Kendra, also known as Mrs.K, is a passionate educator with five years of experience teaching Pre-K and Physical Education. Dedicated to youth development, she actively volunteers at community events, including auctions, skills camps, and FCPR Mutton Busting. Her commitment to fitness spans over a decade, beginning with group training and evolving into personalized strength and recovery work. Currently pursuing her personal training certification, Kendra emphasizes injury prevention, mindful movement, and the benefits of strength training for athletes. Her expertise and dedication to health and wellness will be a valuable asset to Industry Dance Company, helping dancers build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.

  • HAYLEY LAW

    COMPETITIVE HIP-HOP + ACRO

    Hayley’s journey in the world of movement began at the age of 3 when she started dance and gymnastics. Her gymnastics career was nothing short of impressive— training for up to eight hours a day in an elite Fast Track program, becoming a Level 5 state champion at just 9 years old. She had the privilege of training alongside current Olympians and Olympic hopefuls until she reached Level 8. In addition to gymnastics, Hayley trained at a variety of dance studios to hone her versatility. She has studied ballet with Mid-Columbia Ballet Company and honed her hip-hop skills with Eastern Washington Elite, where she earned a paid bid to Disneyworld’s prestigious Summits competition and placed 2nd at Worlds. At just 16, Hayley began choreographing and teaching, quickly earning a reputation for her innovative routines. Her teaching career began at Synergy Dance Studio, and for the past 5 years, she has served as the hip hop director and instructor at The Vibe, where she has mentored and inspired countless dancers. She has received numerous overall, choreography, and specialty awards for her work. In high school, Hayley was also a competitive cheerleader and played a key role on her high school cheerleading team, further developing her performance and team-building skills. Currently, Hayley is pursuing a degree in education while also working as a substitute teacher, demonstrating her commitment to helping others learn and grow both in the classroom and the dance studio. Hayley is an incredibly versatile and talented dancer and instructor with a passion for both competitive hip hop and advanced acro.
