MEET THE CO-OWNERS
ASHLEY SEIBEL | dIRECTOR
Ashley has been deeply rooted in the Hermiston dance community since the age of five, when her grandmother’s gift of tap lessons sparked a lifelong passion and revealed her true calling. Over the past two decades, she has taught studio classes in tap, hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary dance, while also serving as both head coach and assistant coach for the Hermiston High School dance team.
Ashley holds an undergraduate degree in integrative studies and a master’s degree in communication and leadership studies. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business at George Fox University, further strengthening her ability to lead, inspire, and shape the Industry faculty and the next generation of dancers.
At Industry Dance Company, Ashley serves as the Company Director, overseeing instructors and guiding the creative vision of the program. In addition, she is the Principal Faculty Member, teaching company jazz and contemporary as well as Industry-specific technique classes designed to advance dancers’ skills in improvisation, quality of movement, and retention. Her leadership blends academic expertise with a lifelong dedication to dance, creating an environment where dancers can thrive both artistically and personally.
VANESSA STACKHOUSE | OPERATIONS
Vanessa brings a unique combination of professional expertise, community leadership, and personal dedication to her role at Industry Dance Company. As a proud mom of two former student dancers, she has been immersed in the dance world for years and understands firsthand the balance of discipline, passion, and teamwork it takes for young dancers to thrive.
Vanessa’s organizational and leadership skills are unmatched. She previously served as President of the Hermiston High School Dance Team Parent Club, where she played a key role in coordinating events, supporting coaches and dancers, and leading parent involvement. Beyond dance, she has contributed her time and talent to countless fundraising teams for youth sports, always with the goal of creating meaningful opportunities for young people to grow and succeed.
In addition to her community involvement, Vanessa has built a professional career in diagnostic imaging, specializing in women’s health as a mammogram technologist. Her work requires precision, compassion, and the ability to guide patients through often vulnerable moments, qualities she carries into every role she takes on.
At Industry, Vanessa serves as our Chief Operations Officer, overseeing parent communication, registrations, and billing. Vanessa is deeply passionate about creating positive, encouraging experiences for youth and is dedicated to fostering an environment where dancers and their families can feel both connected and inspired.
