Ashley has been tethered to the Hermiston dance community since she was five when the gift of tap lessons from her grandmother paved the way for her true calling. For the past two decades she has taught tap, hip-hop, jazz and contemporary style studio dance classes and has served as a head coach and as an assistant coach for Hermiston high school dance team.

At Industry Ashley will not only serve as the company director, overseeing all instructors and creative direction, but also serves as our principal faculty member. She will be teaching competitive jazz and contemporary, and Industry specific training tech classes to improve dancer’s skills in improv, quality of movement, and retention.
